Peel, Slice and Scrub with One Kitchen Tool!

If you're like me who wants to get things done quickly in the kitchen, then you might need some kitchen helpers! I recently tried the KitchenIQ 3-in-1 Potato Tool and I never knew how easy my life could have been if I started using it a long time ago. LOL!

Let's discuss the three uses of this KitchenIQ helper.
1) Peeler - Unlike the other peelers where the blades are like stuck into place, this one swivels and moves along as you go from left to right. The result is like a smooth, easy-breezy kind of peeling. This I think would also work well even with the most irregularly shaped fruits and vegetables. With irregular, I mean those with a lot bumps and holes on them, like in potatoes and carrots.

2) Slicer - There's this small but really sharp knife hidden and inserted in the handle. You need not worry about it falling because it has some kind of lock. You need to press the very end of the handle to remove it (and trust me it's not that hard at all) and do the same when putting it back in.

3) Scrubber - I don't quite know when to use a scrubber so what I did with it was scrub the cutting board so make it easy for me to throw the peeled carrot skins. Where do you use it for anyway? 

I liked this brand so I think I am going to look for more KitchenIQ tools at the store. I read it's available at Crate and Barrel, Bed Bath and Beyond and Sur la Table. I think I am going to visit them again soon! :)
