Ever had a dry skin? I bet you have experienced that one time or another, especially during the cold months.
The ugly thing about it is that I didn't realize it until my husband noticed my pale dry skin, specifically my hands. I would have inserted "LOL" after that sentence but my husband's comment was so serious yet sincere I thought I should use a more steady tone. He told me to find some time to take care of myself because we're not getting any younger. The more I don't take care of myself, the more I'll look old. Which I think is true. I tried to explain that it's because I don't use the dishwasher and I always put on hand sanitizer. He further explained, the more I should think about it's implications.
It's not that he won't be proud to be seen with me in public if my looks doesn't satisfy him. But it's more of feeling confident on my own.
Of course, I wanted to do something about his suggestion and just in time, my Foxbrim Vitamin C lotion arrived. This lotion contains Aloe Vera, Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter, Green Tea and MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane). I have heard of the others but not the last, so I searched WebMD and gladly, I didn't read anything wrong with it. On the label, it says it can be used a facial or whole body moisturizer. But since I told you about my dry hands, that's I think where I'll be using this lotion.
Now, let's put it to test. When opening products like this, I usually try to smell it first. Well, I guess just like the usual moisturizer, it's fragrance-free, and I like that it's like that so it won't have to interfere with the cologne I'm wearing. :)
Unlike the other lotions, this is not thick, that's possibly one reason it can be used on face too. You won't see white streaks after applying in on your skin. It also doesn't feel sticky. Here's the before and after photo of the dry hands I've been talking about.
You may also click the image to enlarge because it might be hard to see the difference. I just had to put it side-by-side to make it easier to notice.
I have decided to put it in my purse so I can bring it anywhere. If you'll see in the photo, it's not that big so it will fit in my bag. Also, the container is made of plastic, not glass, so it's not that heavy.Foxbrim's website and here's the link to Amazon where the product is available.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
