Apparently, even if most people feel happy, some of them are afraid and extra shy to show it. I know someone very close to me who does. This is because of her crooked teeth. Like seriously, it's like a zigzag road leading to a jungle. I know that's the reason she doesn't smile that often, which is unfortunate because she's the funniest person I've ever known. She's one of the reasons I put a smile on my face. I think I just have to disclose that the person I am referring to is my sister. Luckily, she got it fixed just a few years ago when my mom had extra money for the operation. I am so glad to see her smile every single time during photo opps. That puts another smile on my face.
Now, imagine if my mom was not able to save for her surgery? She could have spent more than half of her life not completely happy. And her issue is just crooked teeth, imagine those with cleft lip, the young ones who have it and are financially incapable of getting a surgery.
Now you need not worry too much, because there's an organization willing to do just that. It's called Operation Smile which gives less fortunate children an access to medical programs including international & local medical missions, care centers, research programs, etc. They have been doing it for more than three (3) decades now and they won't be able to continue without our help.

“Every child that has a facial deformity is our responsibility. If we don’t take care of that child, there’s no guarantee that anyone else will.”
