My family loves cheese! That's one reason we always stock up on them. The past few months I have been careful in choosing what I feed my family because the last time I read about packaged cheese, I heard they're more of garbage than real food! Now, I tend to go with organic or natural ones. It's easier to know because nowadays these products have certification labels, just like in the case of Rumiano Family Organic Cheese. I am so glad to see a cheese that is both non-GMO certified and has the USDA organic seal!
I do a lot with cheese besides the fact that I serve them as it is during parties (take note, I host a lot of parties). It's also my family's go to snack if we can't see anything in the fridge, better than junk foods, right? Here are a few sample appetizers where I was able to incorporate both the cheddar and pepper jack cheese.
As topper for cracker, always much better with cheese! |
As it is and with tacos! |
For my daughter's favorite snack, rice cake. |
I add it with chili beans too! |
Before I proceed to the most exciting part of this review, I'd like to share with you a few things about the Rumiano Family company.

Rumiano Cheese Company is committed to the organic and Non-GMO movement and continuing to produce the highest quality cheese inspired by their founding father’s recipes and cheese making techniques. In 2011, Rumiano launched their Rumiano Family Organic line, which is the first cheese in the US market to receive Non-GMO Project Verification."
