Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin in 30 Minutes!

Hormel Extra Lean Pork Tenderloin - Teriyaki
This is one of the easiest meals I've ever prepared. And why? Because I didn't really have to do anything but put it in the oven and wait. LOL! Seriously, I've tried a lot of frozen meals and other flavored meats, and this is now one of my favorites. It's my first time to try Hormel Extra Lean Pork Tenderloin and I thought it would taste like the usual salty or under-flavored packaged foods. I was wrong.

My husband who likes very flavorful meals added a soy sauce. For me and my mom, it tasted just right. The teriyaki flavor was more on the outside so make sure you put all the sauce from the packaging. Also, I guess it goes well with the tomato.

In the packaging in says, "tender", and it deemed right! I was not able to take a closer photo to show it too you because we were so hungry we finished it in 20 minutes. Don't worry, I bought one more of this but an unflavored one and I'll definitely share it with you again, with that tender-look.

Anyway, if you're wondering how to cook it, you can either put it in the conventional oven or grill it! In my case, I just cooked it using a toaster oven. I preheated it to 425F for 10 minutes, then I baked it for 30 minutes. I added a little olive oil just so it won't stick in the foil. It worked just fine. No mess and no hassle in cleaning. :)
