A Piece of the Edge for Everyone!

If you are like me whose favorite part of a brownie is the sides, you need not fight with someone else to get it. I found the perfect brownie where all parts are crunchy!

It's Sheila G's Brownie Brittle and it comes in four different flavors - Salted Caramel, Toffee Crunch, Chocolate Chip and Mint Chocolate Chip. These Brownie Brittle's are cut in squares or rectangular shapes for easier snacking. If you see the product in store, try to focus on the wrapper, they just look so scrumptious! I was in cloud 9 when I saw them! I love anything chocolate so eating them felt like heaven to me. The 'brittle' taste of this wafer-thin Brownie Brittle put a whole new light in snacking!

Salted Caramel
This first pack was "stolen" by my husband. How did I know? Well, I know exactly where I put them and when I checked what flavor to snack on, I thought one was missing! So I sent my husband a message and asked him where it is, and you know what his response was?
Yes, pictures! He sent me like six photos to show me he's eating it at the office and even shared the Sheila G's Brownie Brittle with some of his co-workers. I asked him how was the taste, and he replied, "I like it so much! Can you give me some more?" My goodness! LOL!

Toffee Crunch
Now this flavor reminds me of something I used to eat when I was in the Philippines. This is much like the peanut brittle you can buy in Baguio! I bet you won't find it here in the US so if you miss that snack so much, try Sheila G's Brownie Brittle - Toffee Crunch.

I thought this flavor would last awhile because it is the sweetest among the four flavors, but I guess not. I brought the remaining pieces at the park last July 4th and there was only me, my husband and our daughter, but we finished it in just a few minutes!

Chocolate Chip
The classic delicious taste! I brought this one too during the July 4th fireworks at a park. It's impossible not to finish a pack after opening it. Upon opening, you'll smell the sweet aroma and you just have to start digging! If I was at home, I would have probably topped it with ice cream and drizzled it with mocha syrup! Oh, I guess I'll put this in my grocery list so I can have my own "Brownie Brittle a la Mode". Just got to try it!

Mint Chocolate Chip
This is my daughter and I's favorite flavor. It looks similar to Chocolate Chip only with the minty taste. When you take a bite you'll immediately know what flavor it is. I thought it kind of have a fresh effect on my throat. I felt it a few minutes after eating, like I gargled a mouthwash. Which I think was good. It felt like my mouth was cleansed. I am not sure though what my 3-year old felt. My husband wasn't able to taste this one because we finished it one click!
DISCLOSURE
I was not paid nor required to do this post. I was given free samples to taste-test the products. Everything was based on my honest opinion.

  2. Chocolate love! I would probably want the salted caramel. Wondering about the sugar content? I hope they have the sugar free variety.

  8. Hmmm... this is something new for me to try and if it's available, I would love to taste it. But I hope that the aroma of cocoa is not that strong since I'm allergic to it..
